Flu season is here! It is vital for you and your family to get your flu shots this season. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that everyone 6 months of age and older get the flu shot.
As a GCHP member, you can get a FREE flu shot by:
- Calling your doctor to schedule an appointment or asking for the hours of the walk-in flu shot clinic.
- Going to the nearest pharmacy that accepts GCHP.
To reduce your risk of getting the flu, it is important to wash your hands often and cover your mouth with your arm – not hands – when you cough or sneeze.
