Please contact Gold Coast Health Plan's (GCHP) Health Education Department at <a href="tel:+18054375718">1.805.437.5718</a> to register by Thursday, September 30, 2021.</p>
<p>Workshops will be held once a week for six weeks. Members can choose between a virtual or telephonic workshop. The virtual workshop is 2.5 hours each week, and the telephonic workshop is 30 minutes each week.</p>
