What is Medi-Cal renewal?
Medi-Cal renewal is the process through which you provide updates to the local county agency every 12 months to determine your eligibility for Medi-Cal. This is also referred to as Medi-Cal redetermination. This process was postponed due to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency.
What changes must be reported to keep my Medi-Cal coverage?

Yes, you are required to report any changes in your household to your local county office. These changes include income, if someone becomes pregnant, a new household member, and any changes to your address, This may help ensure that you continue to receive your Medi-Cal coverage after the end of the federal COVID-19 public health emergency. How do I sign up for an online account to access my Medi-Cal case or report changes?
You can access your Medi-Cal case, complete your annual renewal, or report changes to your case by creating an online account. You can create one today by going to benefitscal.com and selecting the “Create an Account” link in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Can I submit my forms by fax?
