American Sign Language Assistance

If you are deaf, hard of hearing or speech-impaired and need assistance, please call Member Services at 711 (TTY).

If you are a provider and need interpreter services, please call 1.866.421.3463 and enter your access code. Please call a health educator for an access code.

Face-to-Face

If you need an interpreter, please call the Health Education Department at 1.805.437.5624 or 1.805.437.5603 for assistance. Advance notice and prior authorization is required for face-to-face interpreters.
