Children's Services

California Children's Services (CCS) and Gold Coast Health Plan (GCHP) work together for the benefit of children and young adults residing in Ventura County. CCS provides services for children with physical disabilities or conditions that are costly, chronic or catastrophic.

If you have questions about CCS eligibility, GCHP care managers may be able to assist you. Access the CCS website for information about eligibility, benefits, how to apply and all CCS programs.

"Growing Up Healthy" and "Staying Healthy" Education Materials

The Child Health and Disability Prevention Program provides important information for parents about the health, nutrition, dental care and safety of their children. The program's brochures also explain what parents can expect from the time when their children are born up until the age of 20.
