CalAIM Overview Webinar

Please join us at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29, for a CalAIM Overview Webinar. GCHP’s CalAIM program leaders will provide information about the many facets of CalAIM, including:

• Enhanced Care Management (ECM)
• Community Supports (CS)
• Population Health Management
• Changes to the behavioral health delivery system
• Services and supports for justice-involved youth and adults
• The transition to statewide Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans and Managed Long-Term Services and Supports
